Malvern, PA – Stream Companies, one of the top integrated advertising agencies, today announced that it has been selected to work on social media and advertising for the Philadelphia Film Society. Stream will use Social Media outlets like Facebook, Twitter, Foursquare, YouTube, and Pinterest, to promote the 21st annual Philadelphia Film Festival, which will take place from October 18 – 28. The team will also launch a Gravity Display Advertising campaign in October.
“We are very pleased to be working with one of Philadelphia’s most well known arts and cultural organizations,” said Jason Brennan, Co-Founder of Stream Companies. “Our team is eager to begin our partnership with the Philadelphia Film Society, providing them successful social media and advertising campaigns.”
The Film Festival is the annual centerpiece event for the Philadelphia Film Society. The Festival makes a major contribution to the cultural milieu of the city, offering more than a hundred opportunities to view films that unite, inspire and educate Philadelphia audiences. With only fourteen movie screens in Center City Philadelphia the need for the festival is clear. There is an unfortunate lack of opportunity to view important film in a city that is otherwise known for theatre, music, and art. It is the Philadelphia Film Society’s mission to promote film as a power means for strengthening community education, understanding, and engagement.
“The team at the Philadelphia Film Society is looking forward to partnering with Stream to augment our social media and advertising efforts,” said Andrew Greenblatt, Executive Director of the Philadelphia Film Society. “We brought Stream on board because we know that their team is successful in not only executing social and advertising strategies, but producing results.”
Previously Stream has worked on social media efforts with Weiss Markets, VF Outlets, Subaru and Toyota of Morristown among many others.
