Jim rejoined Stream Companies in Spring 2017 as Director of Customer Experience (CX) for Stream’s Technology Group. He works closely with clients to ensure full optimization of our Full Throttle Automotive Marketing platform while leading the development and execution of Stream’s customer success model. Jim has 20+ year experience in the marketing, technology, media and automotive space uniquely balancing the intersection of analytics and creativity.
When not working, Jim enjoys living at the beach and defines himself as a rocker, weekend athlete, and foodie. He’s also an avid Boston sports fan.
