Over the past two decades, Chris has traveled up the retail ladder from Lot Attendant to General Manager and nearly every job in-between, including technician. This experience has allowed Chris to gain a comprehensive knowledge of every facet of the automotive industry, first over-seeing a multi-location dealer group as GM in 2004. Most notably, Chris is responsible for building one of the largest centralized Business Development (BDC) and Internet Departments on the east coast. That BDC team of nearly twenty managers delivered over 800 fresh sales opportunity monthly while providing market-leading customer service. Since 2015, Chris has brought his expertise in retail operational efficiency and marketing prowess to an exclusive list of key national partners who have consistently increased net profits and value.
