Stream Companies Ranked One of The Best Places to Work

Philadelphia Business Journal Recognizes Team, Culture that Keep Ad Agency Growing

Malvern, PA – Stream Companies, one of the top integrated advertising agencies in the Greater Philadelphia area, announced that the Philadelphia Business Journal has ranked it among the 2012 Best Places to Work Award Winners. The best employers in the region were determined by scores given to companies by their own workers.

“We are honored to be named one of the best places to work in the Greater Philadelphia area,” said David Regn, co-founder of Stream Companies. “Stream prides itself on creating a unique, employer friendly culture. We’re actively hiring across a number of our departments, so next year we’ll hopefully be an even better place to work.”

The Best Places to Work award recognizes companies that know success starts from within. Every Stream employee completed an anonymous survey administered by an independent third party. The online survey asked questions about the work environment, personal growth, professional development, and people at Stream, as well as how the company embraces change and new ideas.

Stream has an impressive 16 years of extensive growth both in revenue and staff. There are currently over 60 employees in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New England. Stream has added over 10 new employees this year and has been recognized by the Philadelphia 100 the past 7 years and the Inc. 500 the past 5 years. Stream has built a company culture of energy, creativity, and passion for its staff.

Each year the agency declares a vision and supports it with games, contests, events, and incentives. This year Stream has built “Streamopoly” based on the board game Monopoly. The three major themes of “Streamopoly” are energizing, incentivizing, and recognizing Stream’s departments and team members.

To celebrate the Best Places to Work awards, companies will enjoy a cocktail reception and awards program on October 10th at xFINITY Live! During the awards program, the Philadelphia Business Journal will recognize one company as the Disability Friendly Workplace and reveal the three highest-ranking companies in five different categories.
