Fellow competitors rely on weekly sales, promotions and other "in your face" marketing tactics year round. Although Stream's work with Jack Williams Tire had already been widely successful, we knew we needed to take things to the next level. We needed to re-brand Jack Williams Tire completely.
Re-branding can be daunting, but if all of the competition follows the beat of the same drum, you've got to take that chance. Going against the grain, cutting through the clutter – more often than not, that's what it takes to succeed in business.
Stream Companies worked with Jack Williams Tire to reinvent their "The Williams Way." "The Williams Way" was a concept that was not used to its full potential. This philosophy, however, was Jack Williams Tire's pièce de résistance. "The Williams Way" is the sincere commitment to the absolute best customer service. While other companies claim they follow the same thinking, few actually deliver it. In the past 83 years, Jack Williams Tire grew from a small tire shop in Kingston, PA to a booming business of 27 and growing locations. Thanks to honesty, integrity and quality products, customers know and trust Jack Williams Tire; their branding needed to reflect that.
Rather than chasing gross profit strategies, Stream reinvigorated and updated "The Williams Way" internally and externally. Created an integrated marketing campaign, Stream Companies brought "The Williams Way" to the forefront of Jack Williams Tire's branding and positioning.
By taking a pre-existing concept and using it to its full potential, Stream Companies improved Jack William Tire's business and reputation exponentially. The message behind "The Williams Way" was truthful, memorable and conveyed just how strong Jack William's unique selling point truly was. Already a successful and well-loved brand, Jack Williams Tire excelled even further when Stream had the gumption to do something new and executed a solid integrated marketing campaign.
